TV Mounting (All Sizes)
We find studs or choose the right anchors, set height/centering to your seating layout, and secure the mount to manufacturer specs. We neatly route or tidy cords (surface raceway options available) and ensure tilt/swivel/level are dialed in. Final step: clean up, remotes tested, and a quick walkthrough.
Blinds & Curtains
Precise measurements, level brackets, and proper anchoring for drywall, wood, or masonry. We confirm inside/outside mount preference, align pairs across a room, and set even hems and drape. We’ll install tie-backs/holdbacks and verify smooth open/close before cleanup.
Lighting Fixture Swaps (Like-for-Like)
Safe replacement of existing light fixtures, pendants, and flush mounts on current junction boxes. We cut power, remove the old fixture, check box and mounting hardware, attach the new fixture per instructions, and verify operation. (No new wiring runs or circuit additions.)
Faucet & Shower Head Replacements
Remove old fixtures, clean escutcheon areas, install new units with fresh plumber’s tape/washer where needed, and test for smooth operation and leaks. We can refresh silicone at the base of sinks or trim as needed. (No major plumbing reroutes.)
Shelving & Small Storage Systems
Floating shelves, closet rods, and entry organizers installed with the correct anchors and weight ratings. We check for level, spacing, and stud locations, and provide a quick load test before we tidy up.
Hardware & Accessory Installs
Towel bars, hooks, mirrors, small cabinets, and organizers. We center on studs when possible (or use appropriate anchors), confirm height/placement with you, and leave a clean, finished look.
