Booking & Scheduling
How do you charge?
$90/hr (time & materials) or Honey-Do: $225 flat / 3 hours for bundled small tasks.
Do you provide estimates first?
Yes—clear estimate before we start. No surprise fees.
When do I pay?
At job completion (cash, card or e-transfer).
Do you offer discounts?
Seniors save 10% (ask at booking).
After-hours/emergency rates?
After-hours $135/hr; emergency $180/hr.
Scope & What We Do
What kinds of jobs do you handle?
Interior repairs (patch/paint, doors, trim), interior installations (TV mounts, blinds/curtains, fixtures, faucets/shower heads), exterior & seasonal (power washing, deck repairs, garden cleanups, holiday lights).
Anything you don’t do?
Yes—no major plumbing/electrical reroutes, new circuits, structural work, or hazardous roof/tree work.
Like-for-like fixture swaps only—what does that mean?
We replace an existing fixture on the same box/lines (no new wiring runs or plumbing lines).
Can I combine tasks?
Absolutely—the Honey-Do visit is ideal for knocking out multiple small items efficiently.
On the Day
Do you protect floors and furniture?
Yes—drop cloths, floor protection, careful prep, and full cleanup.
Will you need me on site?
Someone 18+ should be present to approve the work and payment. If not possible, let us know—options available.
Can you pick up materials?
We carry common consumables (anchors, screws, caulk, patch compound). Specialty items/fixtures can be supplied by you or sourced at cost.
Quality, Warranty & Follow-Up
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes—15-day labour warranty. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.
Do you provide before/after photos?
Yes—by email for easy reference.
What if a job needs more time than expected?
We’ll check in before going over the estimate and agree on next steps (continue, reschedule, or adjust scope).
